Welcome Brokers

Credit is more restricted than every before.  Every Loan Officer or Mortgage Broker must have a solid relationship with a trusted private money lender they can count on.  We offer private money loans to help borrowers purchase or refinance California commercial and residential properties.

Our staff consists of seasoned mortgage professionals and highly experienced real estate investors that understand the business and how to profit in this market.

Simply complete the REFERRAL CLIENT FORM  and you can also upload appraisals and credit reports or call us at 888-488-7488.  Once we have reviewed the information and made contact the your referral client we will get back to you with our best loan offer for your client.  Any referral fees will be paid directly to the licensed loan brokerage and will be disclosed to the borrower.  As long as the terms are acceptable to the borrowers, we will then work with the borrowers directly and guide them through the closing of the loan. Referral Fees will added to the C2CLG points and fees be paid to the referring brokerage directly from escrow.

We try to make it simple and straightforward.  We understand that time is of the essence and we move quickly.   We have a simple form to register your client once  and obtain a referral fee for the contact, paid at closing.   We appreciate the referral and our goal is to be your reliable source of real estate mortgage transactions and a strong referral partner.
