BROKER FAQ'S


  • If I bring a borrower to C2CLG how do I get paid?
  • Complete the CLIENT REFERRAL FORM 
  • This will time stamp the client as your referral from in our system.  Once we understand the clients request and can service that request,  we may make the loan offer to the client and it will include our points and fees along with your points request that you request.  Your referral percentage will be paid through escrow to the licensed broker or brokerage. 


  • Are my fees disclosed to the borrower?
  • It is required that full disclosure of ALL fees .  


  • Are there any upfront fees?
  • The only upfront fee required is for an appraisal report and that is paid directly to the appraiser at the time of the appointment.


  • Can we use a previous appraisal?
  • You can provide that appraisal to us. However, we will still do our own inspection and appraisal review. 

  • What if there is a previous credit report on the borrowers?
  • If the credit report is less than 90 days and is from a nationally recognized credit provider we can honor that report.


  • What license do i need to originate a private money loan?
  • You must be a BRE licensed salesperson working for a California Real Estate Broker.  We will pay any fee to that broker or brokerage.
