There is no application or other fee.  Borrower to pay for appraisal upfront.  All other closing cost such as escrow, ALTA title policy, recording fees, homeowners insurance and tax service fees are paid by the borrower at closing.  
Any broker origination points will be in addition to lender fees posted above listed payable to the licensed referring brokerage at closing.  

All loans are subject to underwriting reviews for reasonableness of income and the ability to repay.    
Borrower must have a reasonable exit strategy and clearly demonstate the purpose of the loan.
